Valentine's Day ❤❤

Happy Valentine's Day!

I hope everyone has had a great day. I spent my day with my mom as it is her birthday and my daughter. I have literally been doing everything but crafting, but good-ish news. I'm working on a sculpture based on a sketch I've been doing since high school. I'm hoping to do it justice and that I can bring it to life. (Though, not literally because its a skull spider and spiders are disgusting.)

Anyway, after I finish it, and as I work on it I will be working on a new short story AND chapter 2 in my novel.

BY THE WAY

Here's a cool quick fact:
Valentine's Day originated in Rome. It was originally a festival to help celebrate spring and fertility rites. They also celebrated The pairing off of women to men by lottery. (Thank God that doesn't happen anymore...that I'm aware of?)
Though it was first called Lupercalia, Pope Gelasius I renamed it St. Valentine's Day by the end of the fifth century.
<Disclaimer: No, I did not know this prior to this post. I looked it up but thought it was interesting.>

It's on you guys!!!  The first chapter is now up on Wattpad. So, share it with your friends. Comment what you like, what you hate, what should maybe change or maybe what needs more detail. I can't wait to hear from y'all. And if anyone has anything they need read through, please do not hesitate to ask. I would be more than happy to help out.  It takes a village, but a village is nothing if we don't help each other out.  So much love.  ♡♡♡♡♡
